Law Clerk
Aaron M. Morris is a law clerk in the firm’s Immigration Law Practice Group where he assists businesses with a variety of immigration law matters, including employment visas and immigration compliance, while also advising individuals and families on immigration issues.
Aaron has experience representing clients in immigration proceedings, including advocating for Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) adjustment of status, asylum, and withholding of removal. He has also worked on various motions and memoranda in support of I-589, I-601A and EOIR-42B applications as well as administrative NOID responses.
Aaron received his J.D. from Boston College Law School, where he served as President of the Immigration Law Group and was a student member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He was also a senior editor of the Boston College Law Review for which he wrote on various immigration-related topics. While attending law school, Aaron served as a law clerk for a New England immigration firm and worked as a student attorney at the Boston College Legal Services Immigration Clinic. Aaron earned his B.A. in history, political science, and Spanish from The Pennsylvania State University.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys the great outdoors by fishing and camping with his two dogs, Archie and Ella, and wife, Emma. He dabbles in cooking and baking and is an avid fan of the English Premier Soccer League and cheers on Tottenham Hotspur from across the pond.
