Adam H. Cook is a member in the firm’s Business Law Practice Group where he represents and counsels the firm’s business clients in a wide range of commercial matters including formation and financing activities, mergers and acquisitions, and general business and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, Adam was counsel in the Corporate & Securities Group at a full-service regional law firm.
Adam earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School and received his B.A. from Occidental College and his M.A. from the University of Wisconsin.
