Associate
Andrew J. Kimball is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Group, focusing his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt investment and financing transactions, corporate restructuring and a range of business contracts.
Andrew represents middle-market and lower middle-market businesses, joint ventures, startups, sponsors, borrowers, lenders, search funds, investment funds and buyers and sellers in a range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions and investment and financing transactions. He regularly advises clients on growth strategy, buy-side and sell-side strategy, acquisition financings, loan commitments, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions. He has experience preparing companies going to market and advising on the issues and steps required in marketing and selling a business.
Andrew routinely serves as outside general counsel to companies without an internal GC or supports internal GCs with particular needs. His representation includes a wide range of commercial supply contracts, management service agreements, executive employment arrangements, and distribution and marketing agreements.
Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, P.A., Andrew was a private equity and debt finance associate at an AmLaw100 global law firm in New York City. While attending Brooklyn Law School, he was a notes editor for the Brooklyn Law Review and a national team member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable John G. Ingram in the New York Supreme Court in Kings County.
