Danielle A. Henderson is a member of Norris McLaughlin, P.A.’s Business Law Group, where she focuses her practice on corporate transactions with a particular emphasis on the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries. She represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, collaborations, and licensing arrangements, and has also advised private equity funds and companies in telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, textile, and aquaculture. Danielle’s experience spans both cross-border and domestic transactions, including large-scale, multi-jurisdictional deals and emerging company transactions.
Danielle regularly serves as lead transactional counsel, guiding negotiations, advising boards of directors and senior executives, and structuring complex agreements to meet her clients’ strategic objectives. She is experienced in preparing corporate governance and operating documents, delivering board presentations, and managing all aspects of the deal process to ensure smooth execution. Drawing on her in-house experience as corporate counsel for a California-based biotech startup, Danielle understands the business realities her clients face and brings practical, solutions-oriented advice to every matter.
Danielle earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she also obtained a Certificate in Management from the Wharton School. She holds an M.Phil. in Social Anthropology from the University of Cambridge and graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University.
A decorated athlete, Danielle is a former United States Fencing World Team member, Pan American Champion, and three-time national champion.
