H. Price Ciolino

H. Price Ciolino is an associate in the firm’s New York office concentrating his practice in commercial litigation. Price represents domestic and international businesses, educational institutes, local municipalities, and government entities in complex commercial and employment-related disputes in state and federal courts.

Price helps clients protect their interests when disputes threaten their operations, reputation, or growth. He advises on breach-of-contract claims, fiduciary duty issues, insurance disputes, secured transactions, bankruptcy, and employment-related actions. Drawing on a deep understanding of trial and pretrial procedure, Price focuses on clear, cost-effective strategies tailored to each client’s goals. He manages all phases of litigation from intake and investigation through trial preparation, post-judgment motions, and alternative dispute resolution to help minimize risk and disruption.

As a commercial litigator, Price has experience in handling employer-employee matters, often counseling clients on disputes involving civil rights, Titles VII and IX, noncompete violations, wrongful terminations, Family and Medical Leave (FMLA), Equal Pay Act (EPA), sexual assault, vicarious liability, and negligent hiring.

Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, P.A. Price practiced at firms in New York and New Orleans. He also served in the Office of the General Counsel for the U.S. Capitol Police in Washington, D.C., supporting the defense of employee discrimination claims.

Price received his J.D. from Tulane University Law School, graduating in the top 13% of his class cum laude, serving as a member of the Maritime Law Journal. As a summer associate at a mid-sized law firm in New Orleans, Price argued in the Louisiana Supreme Court and served as second chair in federal court, argued before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and worked as a student attorney at the Tulane Civil Rights and Federal Practice Clinic.
