Jeana M. Pinto

Jeana M. Pinto focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate, expanding Norris McLaughlin, P.A.’s presence in the Hudson Valley and across upstate New York. As a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, she provides comprehensive counsel to buyers, sellers, and businesses, ensuring transactions are structured smoothly and strategically.

Throughout her career, Jeana has handled a wide range of residential purchases and sales, as well as complex commercial acquisitions and refinancing. She also brings experience representing cooperatives and condominiums in New York City, as well as advising on corporate transactions, construction law, and large-scale acquisitions. This breadth of knowledge allows her to address both the immediate details of a deal and broader business considerations. Jeana has represented clients in forming corporations and LLCs.

Jeana’s approach emphasizes efficiency and clarity. She helps clients understand their options, anticipate potential challenges, and complete transactions with confidence. Her work spans real estate and estate planning, where she tailors her counsel to the unique needs of each client. This ensures the process is as seamless as possible—whether she’s guiding an individual through a property sale, helping a family plan for future asset transfers, or managing a multi-million-dollar acquisition.

Before joining Norris McLaughlin, P.A. Jeana worked at a personal injury firm, where she built and led its real estate practice. She also served as general counsel for a boutique development company, gaining significant experience with acquisitions, construction, and corporate governance matters.

Jeana earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School after receiving her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida.

Jeana owns and operates Packed with Love Foundation, a non-profit to collect necessities and donations for suitcases, lunch boxes, and backpacks for children in foster care.
