Associate
Kimberley A. Brunner is an associate in our Litigation practice group. She concentrates her practice on commercial litigation, contractual disputes, estate and employment litigation.
Kim has experience negotiating on behalf of clients in mediation and settlement communications. She communicates directly with clients, court, and opposing counsel in all aspects of litigation and appears for hearings and motions before the court. She often develops strategies for complex civil cases, often resulting in favorable settlements or court decisions.
Before joining Norris McLaughlin, Kim worked as an associate at a mid-sized firm in New Jersey working on commercial litigation and contract law matters. She was a law clerk to the Honorable Maryanne Nergaard, J.S.C. (Ret.) where she gained strong analytical skills and legal acumen while collaborating with senior judges.
Kim earned her J.D. from the Boston University School of Law and received her B.A. in psychology and history from Boston University. In her undergraduate career, she was a founding member of Omega Phi Alpha. While attending law school, she volunteered at the Employment, Housing, Family, and Disability Clinic and was honored as the Director of Homer Albers Prize Moot Court Competition.
