Associate
Kimberly Yeager is an associate in the firm’s New York Real Estate and Finance practice group, focusing her practice on commercial real estate financings and construction matters.
Understanding that real estate transactions often involve complex financial matters, Kimberly provides ease of mind for clients by preparing the necessary documents, agreements, filings, and other materials required in these deals. She has extensive experience with drafting loan agreements and all related ancillary loan documents, negotiating deal terms and facilitating closings on complex lending transactions.
Before joining the firm by way of merger in 2025, Kimberly was an associate attorney at Lynch and Associates, a New York mortgage, lending, and finance practice located in Long Island. Prior to joining Lynch and Associates, Kimberly was an associate attorney at two Am Law 200 firms.
Kimberly received her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School where she served on the Executive Board for the Notre Dame Transactional Law Team, as Secretary of the Real Estate Law Society, and was a member of the Business Law and Women’s Legal Forums. She received her B.A. in English from Fordham University.
