Associate
McKenzie O’Donnell is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group where she concentrates her practice on commercial litigation.
With a background in corporate matters, she provides support on mergers and acquisitions, expansions, reorganizations, corporate structure and governance, and corporate and commercial transactions.
While earning her J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, McKenzie worked as a legal intern for the Veterans Advocacy Project, drafting pleadings on behalf of veterans for the VA administrative court and compiling evidentiary materials to advocate health benefits and discharge upgrades for her clients. She also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Paul R. Wallace in the Delaware Superior Court’s Complex Commercial Litigation Division. McKenzie received her B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Alabama.
