Associate
Mina Miawad is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice group, where he advises clients on commercial litigation matters.
Mina focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and has represented individuals and corporations in claims which include, but are not limited to, partnership disputes, contract disputes, fraud, lien priority disputes, and Consumer Fraud Act litigation.
Mina has experience in all phases of pre-trial practice and works with his team on various claims, discovery, and deposition preparation, and frequently contributes to legal strategy from case inception through trial. Mina also has experience at both the state and federal levels.
Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, Mina worked as an associate attorney with a civil litigation firm, where he represented national and local transportation carriers and insurance carriers in litigation and mediations, and settlement conferences.
Mina is a graduate of Rutgers Law School and interned for the Honorable Rosemary Gambardella at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Mina earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University. He is licensed in New Jersey and New York and is verbally fluent in Arabic.
