Associate
Olivia J. Italiano is an associate in Norris McLaughlin’s New Jersey office and a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Olivia concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation disputes in state and federal courts, including financial and securities litigation, fraud, consumer fraud, the dissolution of closely held businesses, and shareholder disputes.
Olivia has significant experience representing large and small commercial entities and individuals from pre-litigation through appeal. She frequently advises on all procedural aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial/arbitration, and appeal. Olivia is experienced in managing large-scale, multi-party litigations, as well as counseling smaller companies and individuals in connection with business disputes.
Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, Olivia completed a clerkship for the Superior Court of New Jersey’s Passaic Vicinage, and was a litigation associate at a New York law firm where she concentrated on complex commercial, security, and bankruptcy litigation matters.
While in law school, Olivia served as an executive board member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and as a member of the Journal of Race, Law, and Economics. She also served as an executive board member of the Women’s Law Caucus, and interned for the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, Court of Common Pleas, and the Chester County District Attorney’s office.
