Associate
Rocco L. Beltrami is an associate in the Firm’s Municipal Law Practice Group and Real Estate, Land Use, and Zoning Practice Group.
Rocco concentrates his private-sector practice on real estate, land use, and zoning matters ranging from obtaining simple zoning relief to completing large-scale land development projects. He also has experience performing due diligence in connection with various solar energy facility acquisitions and developments. As a municipal attorney, Rocco provides counsel to various governmental entities, including townships, boroughs, planning commissions, zoning hearing boards, and municipal authorities. He currently serves as the chairperson of the Northampton County Bar Association’s Municipal Law Committee. In addition, Rocco is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Historic Bethlehem Museums & Sites.
A graduate of the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Rocco received his B.A. from Moravian University, where he participated in the Political Science Honors Program and was one of two students to graduate with a 4.0 GPA. While attending law school, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Edward G. Smith in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Rocco also served as a property law teaching assistant and was recognized with the Ellen Wertheimer Award for outstanding achievement in torts, as well as the Reverend Joseph Ullman Award, given to the graduating student with the highest grade in criminal procedure.

In his spare time, Rocco enjoys playing golf, cycling on local Lehigh Valley trails, and attending 1970’s cover band concerts.
