Associate
Rocco L. Beltrami is an associate in the Firm’s Municipal Law Practice Group and Real Estate, Land Use, and Zoning Practice Group.
Rocco concentrates his practice in the private sector on real estate, land use, and zoning matters ranging from obtaining simple zoning relief to completing large-scale land development projects. As a municipal attorney, Rocco provides counsel to various governmental entities, including townships, boroughs, planning commissions, zoning hearing boards, and municipal authorities. He currently serves as the chairperson of the Northampton County Bar Association’s Municipal Law Committee. He is also an Assistant Solicitor for the City of Bethlehem where he resides.
A graduate of the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Rocco received his B.A. from Moravian University. While attending law school, he served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Edward G. Smith in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Rocco also served as a property law teaching assistant and was recognized with the Ellen Wertheimer Award, awarded to a graduating student for outstanding achievement in torts, as well as the Reverend Joseph Ullman Award, given to the graduating student with the highest grade in criminal procedure.

In his spare time, Rocco enjoys playing golf and cycling on local Lehigh Valley trails.
