Associate
Rocco L. Beltrami is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Practice Group and Real Estate, Land Use, and Zoning Practice Group.
Rocco concentrates his practice on providing strategic counsel to clients on general business topics, including formation, governance and financing, as well as on a variety of real estate transactions. He also has experience in municipal law.
A graduate of the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Rocco received his B.A. from Moravian College. While attending law school, he served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Edward G. Smith in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Further, Rocco served as a Student Works Editor for the Villanova Law Review and was selected for publication in Volume 66, Issue 4. Rocco also served as a property course teaching assistant for two years and was recognized with the Ellen Wertheimer Award, awarded to a graduating student for outstanding achievement in torts, as well as the Reverend Joseph Ullman Award, given to the graduating student with the highest grade in criminal procedure.
