Associate
W. Joseph Salvador is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, defending companies from a variety of industries in toxic tort, commercial, and employment litigation.
Joseph focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and works collaboratively with litigation teams on document analysis and deposition preparation, efficiently managing multiple cases from initial pleadings through trial. He conceptualizes and executes litigation strategy and motion practice during discovery, and works diligently to keep clients informed on the status of their cases, assessing their potential exposure for liability and damages.
Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, Joseph worked for a regional civil litigation firm as an associate, defending national transit carriers, mortgage servicing companies, and construction entities in litigation, and representing clients at mediation, arbitration, and settlement conferences.
Joseph is a graduate of Rutgers University Law School and was a managing articles editor of the Rutgers Computer & Technology Law Journal. He served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Angela White Dalton in the Family Division of the New Jersey Superior Court and as a judicial intern for Senior Judge Helen Gillmor in the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii. Joseph received his undergraduate degree from The George Washington University. No aspect of this advertisement has been approved by the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
