Alyssa Hicks focuses her practice on employment law and general civil litigation.
Alyssa counsels employers in all aspects of employment law including discrimination, contracts, policies, and handbook reviews. She represents companies in employment related litigation and handles administrative matters before the EEOC and PHRC.
In her litigation practice, Alyssa handles all aspects of litigation from pre-trial counseling, discovery, and drafting pleadings and motions to representation at depositions and judicial conferences.
Prior to joining the firm, Alyssa interned for the Office of the Secretary-Parliamentarian of the Pennsylvania Senate, the Chambers of the Honorable John F. Cherry of the Court of Common Pleas, and the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office.
While at Widener University Commonwealth Law School, Alyssa served as President for the Moot Court Honor Society and Assistant Editor-In-Chief for the Widener Journal of Law, Economics and Race.
Alyssa is a long-time Lehigh Valley resident, passionate about advocating and working for a community she grew up in.
