Ariel Brown concentrates her practice in the area of complex insurance fraud and health care litigation with an emphasis on anti-kickback laws, anti-money laundering, and improper licensing regulations.
Ariel is experienced in drafting opinions under the Open Public Records Act and Eminent Domain. She also has experience in courtroom proceedings and pretrial conferences, as well as preparing bench memoranda.
After law school, Ariel clerked for the Honorable Benjamin C. Telsey, A.J.S.C., of the New Jersey Superior Court. Prior to that, she was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, U.S.D.J., as well as for the Honorable Susan Peikes Gantman.
During law school, Ariel was a member of the Giles Sutherland Rich Intellectual Property Moot Court Team and the Temple National Lawyers Guild Expungement Clinic. She received Distinguished Class Performance in Advanced Trial Advocacy and was the recipient of the Temple Law Diversity Scholarship, and a participant in the Robert E. Slota, Jr. 1L Scholars Program.
