Myron B. Rabij focuses his practice on corporate mergers and acquisitions, as well as international transactions in the upstream oil and gas, solar energy, IT and venture tech, and commercial real estate sectors. He also assists emerging international companies with market entry in the U.S. and with U.S. countries seeking commercial ties in Central and Eastern Europe.
For more than 27 years, Myron has represented U.S., Canadian, and other multinational clients in complex structuring and negotiation of joint ventures; cross-border acquisition work; oil, gas, and solar energy deals; and related regulatory, financing, and capital raises. He has extensive and varied cross-border transactional experience in Central and Eastern Europe’s emerging markets, including Ukraine, Poland, Russia, Romania, Hungary, and Turkey, among others. Myron’s cross-border experience includes international commercial and M&A transactions, privatizations, construction, real estate, hotel management, and a niche practice in general matters of Ukranian corporate law.
In his energy practice, Myron represents independent oil and gas producers and alternative energy projects, and in his real estate practice, he represents international developers and hotel operators. In addition, he regularly advises on various cross-border IT and venture tech contract issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Myron was a partner at an Am Law 100 firm where he led the regional energy and natural resources practice, as well as the real estate group. He is a frequent public speaker.
