Naureen S. Rashid focuses her practice primarily in real estate law.
Naureen handles administrative and regulatory complaints filed with New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal, New York City Department of Finance and Department of Buildings. She has extensive experience handling both residential and commercial non-payment and holdover proceedings. Naureen also advises clients on real estate purchases and other financial investments.
Naureen’s clients range from condominium and cooperative boards/ associations to property managers, property owners, and financial institutions. In addition, Naureen has worked with low income housing developments, including HDFC’s and net-lessee’s managing city owned properties.
Prior to joining the firm, Naureen was an associate representing clients in various civil, housing, and commercial litigation matters. She has also worked at the Center For Court Innovation and the New York City Housing Authority in various management roles.
