Food Intellectual Property and Trademarks
Danielle M. DeFilippis, a Member of law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A., and Co-Chair of its Intellectual Property Law Practice Group, will present "Food Intellectual Property and Trademarks" for the virtual Learn Before You Leap: Food Business Basics for Startup Food Entrepreneurs hosted by the Food Innovation Center at Rutgers University, a unique food business incubator and accelerator through the Rutgers New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station.
About Food Business Basics
Food Business Basics is a unique opportunity for food entrepreneurs to learn critical aspects of entering or growing a business in the prepared food and beverage industry. It is designed to save food entrepreneurs time and money as they navigate through the complexities of the food and beverage industry from concept to commercialization.
This annual one-day workshop is being presented as an in-person virtual class format by Webex, conducted in two-hour "Lunch ‘n’ Learn" sessions, November 16-19. Other discussion topics will include:
