Norris McLaughlin, P.A., is pleased to welcome Eleanor Grinshteyn as an Associate. She joins the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Grinshteyn focuses her practice primarily on representing corporate entities in commercial litigation matters stemming from complex commercial transactions, including disputes arising out of acquisition, credit facility, and joint venture agreements; and companies and individuals in shareholder derivative litigation, and disputes relating to breach of contract, business torts, and employment-related claims.
Grinshteyn also represents private corporations in labor and employment related litigation, including wrongful termination suits; FLSA violations; claims brought under federal, state, and local statutes alleging sexual harassment; and discrimination.
Grinshteyn earned her B.A. in Economics and Sociology in 2009, magna cum laude, from New York University, and her J.D. in 2009 from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as a Notes and Articles Editor of the Journal of Corporate and Financial Law and participated in the Securities Arbitration Clinic.
