COVID-19: Back to Business – A 50-State Survey on Reopening

States have shifted the focus of their COVID-19 response from managing the public health crisis to the economic recovery phase. As of August 1, all 50 states have announced plans for a phased reopening of their respective economies. Since each state’s degree of “openness” is determined by many factors, and because each state handled pandemic response differently, we have created this 50-state survey with hyperlinks to each state’s Reopening Plan.
