For more than twenty-five years, Hogan has been at the forefront of site remediation issues in New Jersey. Since 2002, he has presented the Underground Storage Tanks, New Jersey Regulatory Training for Rutgers five times a year.

He has been selected for inclusion on the list of New Jersey Super Lawyers in the Environmental Section every year since its inception in 2005.
In addition, Hogan has served in numerous leadership roles with the New Jersey State Bar Association, Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey, New Jersey Business and Industry Association, Environmental Business Association of New Jersey, New Jersey OSHA & Industry Communication Alliance, and Technical Regulations Advisory Coalition.
