Advanced Mediation Training: Business Litigation

Risa M. Chalfin, a Member of law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A., will be a panelist for “Business Litigation,” a live stream session for the Middlesex County Bar Association’s “Advanced Mediation Training” program.

Panelists will speak on the good, the bad, and the ugly of mediation, including the seriousness of the mediation process and the need to apply high ethical standards. As the second session of a two-part program, “Construction Litigation” was presented on Tuesday, July 20.

About Risa Chalfin

Risa Chalfin is a trial attorney, focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation matters. She handles all aspects of litigation from inception through appeal before state, Chancery, and federal courts.
