He has gained extensive experience negotiating agreements for solar energy installations, power purchase agreements, and agreements for the creation and sale of the various renewable energy certificates and other incentives that have been made available for solar projects in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, including SRECs, TRECs, and other RECs. Jim was ranked in New Jersey’s inaugural “Energy & Natural Resources” section of the Chambers USA 2021 Guide, one of the oldest and most prestigious legal listings in the world.
Laura M. Miller is a business attorney focusing her practice on administrative and government regulatory law in the public utility, telecommunications, cable television, and communications infrastructure industries. Laura handles New Jersey Board of Public Utilities regulatory approval and compliance matters, municipal franchise renewals, public right-of-way access negotiations and agreements, compliance investigations, enforcement actions, and administrative law proceedings. She represents clients in commenting on agency rulemaking and understands and keeps apprised of regulatory and political changes that affect client business operations and initiatives.
Yaniv Kalish is a solar energy veteran, with over 15 years and developing over $200M of solar projects. The founder & CEO of SolarKal - the largest B2B solar marketplace in the US, Yaniv authored the commercial solar guide for SEIA (Solar Energy Industry Association) and spoke in events about how to increase the adaptation of solar energy for businesses and corporations. Yaniv is a Boston Consulting Group Alum and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
