Due to the impending storm scheduled to hit the Lehigh Valley on March 21, we have rescheduled this event for Tuesday, April 24. The Labor & Employment Department of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., is holding Supervisor Harassment training sessions on April 24, at the Best Western Lehigh Valley.

FACT: The issue of harassment in the workplace has been dominating the news headlines.

FACT: #Metoo has become a social media and cultural phenomenon.

FACT: The EEOC has reported an alarming increase of harassment claims.

FACT: We do not expect this trend to change any time soon.

FACT: You must be proactive and train your employees.

FACT: Many companies do not have the need, time, space, or resources to coordinate on-site
supervisor training.

We are offering this session as an alternative to the traditional on-site training we are hired to do for many companies. Like all of our sessions, this training will be a class-room style presentation with significant attendee interaction through questions, working through hypothetical situations, and role playing.

FACT: Our goal is to take a very serious topic and make it both interesting and easy to understand.
