Norris McLaughlin, P.A. Names Two New Members in Pennsylvania
Allentown, PA (February 13, 2012) – The Pennsylvania Office of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., formerly Tallman, Hudders & Sorrentino, announced that S. Graham Simmons, III and Jeffrey M. Casaletto, have been promoted to Members of the firm.

Simmons, a resident of Easton, practices law in the primary areas of business law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and land use, banking and financial services, and health care. In his business law practice, Graham assists clients in selecting the optimal legal entity for their chosen business or profession, and has experience representing sellers, buyers and financiers in a broad range of transactions including mergers, consolidations, stock purchases, share exchanges, bulk sales and dissolutions. Graham also assists clients with all manners of commercial law, including the negotiation and drafting of contracts for the sale of goods, technology licensing and reseller agreements, OEM arrangements, and End User License Agreements.
Simmons earned his J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Villanova University School of Law in 2004 and his B.A. from Roanoke College in 2001.
Casaletto, a resident of Ringoes, New Jersey, practices in the Environmental Law Group. He represents and counsels clients in a wide range of industries, including commercial and residential developers, chemical and industrial manufacturers, and commercial business owners. He maintains a result-oriented approach to each environmental issue as a means of achieving a client’s goals and objectives. He has assisted and continues to assist clients in resolving issues related to site remediation, due diligence, solid and hazardous waste disposal, regulatory compliance, permitting, Brownfields redevelopment, and cleanup cost recovery. Jeff has experience handling matters involving CERCLA, RCRA, EPCRA, and OPA. He has negotiated removal orders, EPCRA/OPA settlements and cost recovery for removal and remedial actions.
Casaletto earned his J.D. and Certificate in Environmental Law from Pace University School of Law, cum laude, and both an M. Eng. degree in Environmental Engineering and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
