Amanda C. Wolfe Assists in Securing Plan Approval for West Orange Marketplace Project

We're pleased to share that the development team for Leon Marketplace recently secured site plan approval for a new grocery store at 262-270 Main Street in West Orange, New Jersey. The project will transform the existing site into a modern marketplace designed to enhance the pedestrian experience, strengthen the Main Street streetscape, and serve as a focal point within the community.
The vision for Leon Marketplace emphasizes thoughtful architectural design, improved walkability, sustainability features, and a stronger connection between the building and the surrounding neighborhood. The project seeks to create a high-quality destination while contributing to the continued vitality of West Orange's downtown corridor.
The project team included client Joseph (Yusef) Siad, architect Jorge Mastropietro, planner Kate Keller, traffic engineer Gary Dean, and engineer Jordan Cecini. The application was successfully represented by Amanda Wolfe of Norris McLaughlin, P.A.
Congratulations to the entire team on achieving this exciting milestone. We look forward to seeing Leon Marketplace come to life and contribute to the future of Main Street in West Orange.
