Andrew D. Linden, a Member of law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A., and Co-Chair of its Cannabis Law Industry Group, and Svetlana (Lana) Ros, also a Member of the firm, have been reappointed to the New Jersey State Bar Association’s (NJSBA) Cannabis Law Committee for the 2020-2021 term.
“It is exciting to be able to continue my involvement with a great group of practitioners that will help shape the legal, regulatory, and business framework for this new and rapidly changing industry in New Jersey,” said Linden. “It’s been a pleasure and an honor to be involved in that process,” added Ros.
About the NJSBA Cannabis Law Committee
The committee studies the many legal issues in all practice areas that arise from cannabis within the health care industry, as well as potential consumer access. They continuously review the applicable legislation, make recommendations and suggest amicus advocacy positions, and inform and educate other attorneys about this new and ever-changing field. The work of the NJSBA committees is essential to advancing the interests of the association, the legal profession, and the public.
