As a physician organization, the CAIPA Board, committees and physicians, provide valuable inputs in the managed care decision-making process at the highest levels, so high-quality patient care can be achieved in the most cost-effective manner. David N. Vozza devotes his practice to the areas of health care and litigation. His practice focuses on defending health care professionals in disciplinary and regulatory actions before federal and state agencies, private and government payor audits, civil and criminal fraud investigations, hospital and privileges disputes, and general health care litigation in both the federal and state courts.
David regularly defends health care professionals before the Office of Professional Medical Conduct and the Office of Professional Discipline.
He also frequently lectures on medical fraud, regulatory agencies, professional licensure, and medical documentation, at hospitals throughout New York State.
