Last week, Honorable Emil Giordano (Ret.). traveled to Nashville to attend the 2026 National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals Training Retreat. The biannual program brought together more than 150 mediators from across the United States and Canada to discuss emerging trends, challenges, and best practices shaping mediation and alternative dispute resolution in 2026.
