The artificial intelligence boom isn’t just transforming what happens on our screens. It’s reshaping the physical landscape. Across the country, including in Pennsylvania, AI data centers are rapidly emerging. In response, municipalities are beginning to adopt model zoning ordinance amendments that define what qualifies as a data center and where these facilities can be located.
