Lipson named Pennsylvania Chair of the Real Estate & Land Use Department
Allentown, PA (October 15, 2012) – The Bridgewater-based law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A., has named Scott R. Lipson as the Chair of the Pennsylvania Office’s Real Estate and Land Use Department. Scott has been with the firm for 19 years and is also a member of the Business Law and Litigation Groups.
“Scott is a perfect fit for Department Chair of our Real Estate and Land Use Department. His wealth of experience in the area of Real Estate and Land Use is invaluable to the firm,” said Matthew Sorrentino, Managing Partner of the Pennsylvania Office.
“I am honored to serve as the Real Estate and Land Use Department Chair and to work closely with my colleagues in continuing to provide first-rate legal services to the Lehigh Valley,” said Lipson.
Lipson, a resident of Allentown, focuses his practice on civil matters of all kinds, with an emphasis on real estate law, financing, zoning, municipal law, and condo law. He has spoken to local educational and professional organizations on a wide variety of legal topics and is a former chairman of the Upper Macungie Zoning Hearing Board. He served on the board of directors for the March of Dimes and led the Explorers’ Post through the Lehigh County Bar Association. Lipson is a past editor for the Lehigh Law Journal and has served as local editor to the Pennsylvania District & County Reporter for the past decade.
