On October 7, from 12:45 p.m. – 1:15 p.m. Monica Schroeck will be presenting at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s, “An Introduction to Environmental Law in a New Climate” NJICLE program on the topic of Air Pollution.
With the EPA recently rolling back key greenhouse gas regulations, environmental law is once again at the center of national policy debates.
At the upcoming NJICLE program, An Introduction to Environmental Law, Monica will explore how we arrived at this moment, tracing the history of air pollution regulation from early public health crises to landmark laws such as the Clean Air Act and the development of today's environmental framework. The presentation will examine how environmental law continues to evolve amid shifting priorities, evolving compliance obligations, and ongoing public health concerns.
