Norris McLaughlin, P.A.Again Named Among Best Places to Work In New Jersey

Norris McLaughlin, P.A., has been named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey for the seventh time, ranking among the top 100 companies in the state for 2015. This survey and award program identifies, recognizes and honors the top places of employment in New Jersey that benefit the state's economy, its workforce and businesses.  Norris McLaughlin, P.A. was honored at the Best Places to Work in New Jersey gala awards ceremony on April 30.

Created in 2005 and produced by NJBIZ, Best Places to Work in New Jersey surveys companies from across the state in a two-part process to determine the honorees. The first part consists of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. This phase is worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consists of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This phase is worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation. The combined scores determine the top companies and the final ranking.  Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process. Additionally, they analyze the data provided and use their expertise to determine the final rankings.
