Norris McLaughlin, P.A. Receives CIANJ “Companies that Care” Award

The Bridgewater-based law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A., is one of the “Companies that Care” honored recently at the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey Chairman’s Reception: Saluting the Generosity of Business.  Norris McLaughlin, P.A. was among the 39 companies named “Champions of Good Works” by a blue ribbon panel of judges.

The reception was dedicated to recognizing extraordinary acts of kindness from member companies and/or their employees.  The deeds honored exemplify the power of generosity and how it can help an individual overcome an ordeal, enable a cause to fulfill its mission and, in some cases, assist a community in recovering from turmoil.   Nominations were received from more than 85 companies that wanted to share the stories of their generosity.

Norris McLaughlin, P.A. and its attorneys have historically been committed to the communities where clients live and do business – to make them better places to live, work, and play.  The Firm decided to start a personal charitable initiative, giving each attorney the opportunity to donate $100 to the charity or cause of their choice and then report back on it.  This booklet describes the attorneys' experiences for which the Firm was honored.
