Bridgewater, NJ (January 10, 2014) – Acquisition International has selected Bridgewater-based law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A. as a recipient of one of its 2013 Legal Awards, the Executive Compensation Legal Practice of the Year - USA.

AI’s Legal Awards identify and honor success, innovation and ethics across international legal and business communities. This year’s awards recognize over 1,200 winners in more than 115 countries.
Winners were determined by three factors, the first being the number of votes received. The voting forms were distributed to the 53,000+ subscribers of Acquisition International Magazine along with 180,000 legal professionals. The second factor was substantial in-house research. This vital stage includes both self and third-party nominations. Third, the nominees were asked to supply supporting documentation to add to their nominations and all items are taken into consideration.
