“I am honored to be a new Member of the firm. Norris McLaughlin enables me to offer my health care clients a broader spectrum of legal expertise in the many specialties encompassed by the wide array of practice groups. During my many years at Kern Augustine, I developed a broad-based healthcare practice servicing the needs of the health care communities in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. I look forward to bringing that health care and litigation expertise to the existing Norris McLaughlin's health care group and will serve to broaden Norris McLaughlin's range of health care services in New York and New Jersey,” said David Vozza.
Vozza devotes his practice to the areas of healthcare and litigation. Vozza regularly defends health care professionals before the Office of Professional Medical Conduct and the Office of Professional Discipline. He frequently lectures at hospitals throughout New York State regarding medical fraud, regulatory agencies, professional licensure, and medical documentation. Vozza is admitted to practice in New York and in the United States District Courts for both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and is a member of the Health Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. He earned his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, J.D., and his B.A. at the State University of New York, Stony Brook.
