Norris McLaughlin, P.A. Welcomes New Recruiting Coordinator

Norris McLaughlin, P.A., is pleased to welcome Carissa Klein as the new Recruiting Coordinator for the firm.

As the Recruiting Coordinator, Klein will be responsible for assisting with the firm’s attorney recruitment efforts including, helping develop effective strategies and tasks with the firm’s recruiting committee, onboarding attorney hires and assisting new attorney integration and retention, maintaining recruiter relationships and helping to identify effective relationships, and creating and managing recruiting social media campaigns.

Klein is a graduate of Kent State University, with a Bachelor in Business Administration in Marketing. She is originally from the state of Ohio, and has recently moved to New Jersey. Prior to working at Norris McLaughlin, P.A., she worked in Higher Education for five years at Stark State College in Canton, Ohio. There, Klein worked both in Human Resources and the Nursing Department. She was responsible for onboarding and recruiting faculty, part-time clinical staff, and students, assisting with the reorganization of the nursing program, and preparing for on-site accreditations.
