A resident of Belmar, Locke joins the firm after three years with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. As a Deputy Attorney General, Locke led a trial team that handled complex, white-collar criminal matters involving insurance fraud, security fraud, money laundering, and other related financial crimes. In recognition for his outstanding performance, Locke received the 2014 Prosecutor’s Award.
Locke earned his J.D. in 2013, cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, and his B.A. in 2010, magna cum laude, from Rutgers University, where he was an executive board member of the Rutgers Interfraternity Council and Rutgers Association of International Relations. Locke was also a columnist for Rutgers Daily Targum. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bar Associations.
