Norris McLaughlin Named a Morning Call Top Workplace for the 7th Year in a Row
Norris McLaughlin, P.A., has been selected as a Morning Call Top Workplace for the seventh year in a row, each year since the survey's start. The Top Workplaces were recognized at an awards ceremony on Wednesday, March 6. Selections are based on an employee survey measuring qualities such as company leadership, communication, career opportunities, working environment, managerial skills, pay, and benefits.
The Morning Call describes a top workplace as, “one that operates successfully and provides good pay and benefits. But there’s more to it than that: In a great job environment, the employees are engaged because they have confidence in their bosses, know their mission, feel appreciated and have opportunities for career development.” This year the firm ranked 12th in the small employers section.
