Norris McLaughlin, P.A., has been selected as a Morning Call Top Workplace for the sixth year in a row, each year since the survey's start. The Top Workplaces were recognized at an awards ceremony on Thursday, March 15. Selections are based on an employee survey measuring qualities such as company leadership, communication, career opportunities, working environment, managerial skills, pay, and benefits.

The Morning Call describes a top workplace as, “one that operates successfully and provides good pay and benefits. But there’s more to it than that: In a great job environment, the employees are engaged because they have confidence in their bosses, know their mission, feel appreciated and have opportunities for career development.” This year the firm ranked 13^th in the small employers section.
