Bridgewater, NJ (December 11, 2025) – The law firm of Norris McLaughlin, P.A. is pleased to announce the three recipients of its inaugural employee awards, recognizing any employee who exemplify the firm’s values across each office. Marianne Clint received the New Jersey Bob Gabrielski award, Shirl Nelson the New York Bill Robinson award, and Michelle Sandone the Pennsylvania Bob Tallman award.
In New Jersey, the award is dedicated to retired Member Bob Gabrielski, whose joyful energy, generosity, and “make it happen” spirit helped define the firm’s culture. The New York award honors retired Member Bill Robinson for his leadership as the firm’s first Intellectual Property lawyer, whose foresight opened the door to our New York office. The Pennsylvania award commemorates the late Bob Tallman, founding member of our Allentown office, recognizing his steady leadership, integrity, and dedication to colleagues and clients.
“Marianne, Shirl, and Michelle are the first to be recognized in our inaugural employee awards,” said David C. Roberts, Chair of Norris McLaughlin, P.A. “Their compassion, reliability, and commitment to the firm reflect the culture we are proud to uphold. Each has earned the trust of colleagues, built strong relationships, and contributed meaningfully to the success of their offices.”
New Jersey recipient Marianne Clint, honored with the Bob Gabrielski Award, is a paralegal recognized for her steady support of attorneys and staff. Her skill, patience, and willingness to assist whenever needed reflect the spirit of the award and the culture it represents.
In New York, Shirl Nelson received the Bill Robinson Award for her tireless work ethic and exceptional dedication in reception. She is the first point of contact for many and manages events, phone calls, appointments, and daily operations with professionalism, warmth, and unwavering reliability.
Pennsylvania recipient Michelle Sandone, honored with the Bob Tallman Award, is a paralegal bringing more than 40 years of experience to the firm. She is known for her teamwork, institutional knowledge, and involvement with the Lehigh County Paralegal Association, serving as a dependable resource for filings, complex questions, and day-to-day support.
“Each year, we will celebrate new colleagues,” Roberts added. “But Marianne, Shirl, and Michelle will always be the first to receive this honor.”
