A powerhouse real estate attorney in Hudson Valley and New York City, the firm has opened a new office location at 40 Matthews St., Suite #102 in Goshen, NY 10924. Jeana joins the Real Estate Practice Group complimenting the deep bench and over 50 legal services that the firm offers its clients.

Pinto focuses her practice on residential and commercial real estate, expanding Norris McLaughlin, P.A.’s capabilities in the Hudson Valley and across upstate New York. As a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, she provides comprehensive counsel to buyers, sellers, and businesses, ensuring transactions are structured smoothly and strategically. She has handled a wide range of residential purchases and sales, as well as complex commercial acquisitions and refinancing. Pinto also brings experience representing cooperatives and condominiums in New York City, and advising clients on corporate transactions, construction law, and large-scale acquisitions. This breadth of knowledge allows her to address both the immediate details of a deal and broader business considerations, including the formation of corporations and LLCs.

Pinto’s approach emphasizes efficiency and clarity. She helps clients understand their options, anticipate potential challenges, and complete transactions with confidence. Her work spans real estate and estate planning, where she tailors her counsel to each client’s needs—whether guiding an individual through a property sale, helping a family plan for future asset transfers, or managing a multi-million-dollar acquisition.

Before joining Norris McLaughlin, P.A., Pinto built and led the real estate practice at a personal injury firm and later served as general counsel for a boutique development company, gaining significant experience with acquisitions, construction, and corporate governance.

Pinto earned her J.D. from New York Law School and her B.A. from the University of Florida. She also founded the Packed with Love Foundation, a nonprofit that provides children in foster care with essentials such as suitcases, backpacks, and lunch boxes.
