The law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A., is pleased to welcome David Berger as an Associate. He joins the firm’s Business Law Practice Group, Real Estate & Finance Group, and Liquor Law Group.
Berger counsels clients on general business topics including organization and formation, corporate governance, and acquisitions and sales, and has defended licensees who received citations from the Pennsylvania Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement. As a licensed title agent, he works closely with lenders, real estate developers, and homebuilding companies, handling both residential and commercial real estate development.
“We are extremely excited to begin working with David. David brings a tremendous wealth of practical experience to our business and real estate practice groups and will add an immediate value for our clients. We similarly look forward to David complementing the Firm as part of our long-term growth and development,” said Pennsylvania Administrative Partner and Co-Chair of the Business Law Group, S. Graham Simmons III.
Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, Berger was an associate for a firm specializing in liquor law, real estate development, and commercial transactions. Berger earned his J.D. in 2011 from Widener University School of Law and his B.B.A. from Temple University, The Fox School of Business, in 2008.
