Hicks will counsel employers in all aspects of employment law including discrimination, contracts, policies, and handbook reviews. She will represent companies in employment-related litigation and handle administrative matters before the EEOC and PHRC.
Hicks earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Shippensburg University in 2015 and her J.D., cum laude, from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2018. While at Widener, Hicks served as President for the Moot Court Honor Society and Assistant Editor-In-Chief for the Widener Journal of Law, Economics & Race. As a law student, she interned for the Office of the Secretary/Parliamentarian of the Pennsylvania Senate, the Honorable John F. Cherry, at the Court of Common Pleas in Dauphin County; Santos Law Group, PC; and the Dauphin District Attorney’s Office.
