Graham Simmons, III, to Speak at the Educational Conference on Healthcare

S. Graham Simmons, III, a Member of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., will be a presenter at Professional Association of Health Care Office Management’s Educational Conference on Healthcare, Spring Inspiration, to be held Thursday, April 12, at the Renaissance Allentown Hotel.

The conference begins at 11:30 a.m. At 3:30 p.m., Simmons will lead Session One on “How to Navigate a Medical Practice Acquisition.” “Given the tremendous changes and consolidation in the health care market both nationally and in the Lehigh Valley, we are very honored to speak to PAHCOM’s Lehigh Valley Chapter about what their membership can expect if and when their practices go through the acquisition process,” Simmons noted.

Simmons has been recognized in Philadelphia Magazine as a Rising Star, a distinction for lawyers age 40 and under or who have been practicing for fewer than 10 years, and reserved for no more than 2.5% of all attorneys in Pennsylvania. He has been honored by Lehigh Valley Business as one of their annual Forty Under 40, which recognizes young professionals who exhibit talent and promise and have a well-documented track record of achievements in business. Simmons is an active member of College Hill Presbyterian Church, and is a member of the Board of Greater Valley YMCA, and of the Greater Easton Development Partnership, where he currently serves as Chairman.
