Steven Karg to Present at Annual Mass Tort Law Program

Bridgewater, NJ (August 31, 2012) – Steven A. Karg, a Member of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., will co-moderate and serve on the panel for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education’s “Mass Tort Law Review: An Essential Update 2012.” The seminar will take place on Monday, September 10, 2012, from 4:00 to 7:30 p.m., at the Law Center in New Brunswick. Karg will represent the defense side and will present a segment entitled “Developments in Class Actions.”

In addition to Karg, the distinguished panel includes all four of the New Jersey Superior Court judges assigned to hear these matters: the Hon. Carol E. Higbee, PJCV; the Hon. Jessica R. Mayer, JSC; the Hon. Brian R. Martinotti, JSC; and the Hon. Vincent Leblon, JSC; as well as Special Master Agatha N. Dzikiewicz, Esq., and Christopher M. Karg focuses his practice on commercial litigation with an emphasis on products liability defense. He has substantial experience defending manufacturers and/or distributors of a wide variety of products including prescription medications. He represents clients at both the trial and the appellate level.

The New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) was created in 1961 to help lawyers keep abreast of legal developments, aid them in becoming proficient in selected areas of law and assist them in maintaining a high level of professional competence.
