Department of Labor Issues New “Persuader” Rule

Yesterday, the U.S. Department of Labor (“DOL”) announced the final version of its new “persuader” rule, which will require employers to disclose their hiring of labor relations consultants who persuade employees on organizing and collective bargaining issues.
