Overview

Who We Are

Norris McLaughlin has been handling Pennsylvania workers’ compensation cases for over 40 years.  Our lead attorney is certified as a specialist in the practice of workers’ compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. She is also a Fellow of the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers.

Since 2000, our lead attorney has co-authored the PBI’s Workers’ Compensation Practice and Procedural manual, which provides workers’ compensation practitioners, judges, and administrators with an up-to-date compilation of Pennsylvania case law and statutory changes that impact their practices on a daily basis.

Our attorneys understand the dynamics and individuality of these cases and serve as faculty members at statewide seminars on workers’ compensation and medicine for lawyers.

Who We Help

From medical-only claims to work-related injury, disease or death, our workers’ compensation attorneys advise and represent insured and self-insured employer clients in the Lehigh Valley and throughout eastern Pennsylvania, including small businesses, manufacturers, municipalities, human services organizations, school districts and nursing homes.
