  • Apr 05, 2019Ray Lahoud to be Interviewed for Montclair State University’s Live Broadcast

    Raymond G. Lahoud, a Member of law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A., and Chair of its Immigration Law Group, will be interviewed during Montclair State University’s “Focus: Immigration” live broadcast Wednesday, April 10, 4:00 – 6:00 p.m., regarding the many issues immigrants face.

    The broadcast will include a “Reporters’ Roundtable,” where Lahoud, reporters, the President of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists, and a moderator will discuss immigration hot topics including the US-Mexico border, migrant caravans, deportation, detention centers, and ICE.   • Jul 23, 2018Raymond Lahoud Named Chair of American Immigration Lawyers Association ICE Worksite Enforcement Committee

    Raymond G. Lahoud, a Member of law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A., and Chair of its Immigration Law Practice, has been named Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) New Jersey Chapter’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Worksite Enforcement Committee for 2018-2019.

    AILA, the national association of immigration lawyers, seeks to promote justice, advocate for fair and reasonable immigration law and policy, advance the quality of immigration and nationality law and practice, and enhance the professional development of its members.  Founded in 1946, AILA is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization that provides continuing legal education, information, professional services, and expertise through its 39 chapters and over 50 national committees.  For more information, visit aila.org.

    In conjunction with the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, Raymond G. Lahoud, a Member of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., and Chair of its Immigration Law Practice, is pleased to present the “Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification Instructional Seminar,” for human resource professionals, business owners, compliance officers, management, and administrators at organizations and companies in every industry, and of every size. The seminar will be held Friday, April 13, at Penn State Lehigh Valley Campus, beginning at 10:30 a.m.
