Chris Eisenhardt concentrates his practice on estate planning and asset protection for high-net worth individuals. He regularly drafts wills and revocable trusts and forms Limited Liability Companies as part of estate plans.
Chris has extensive experience representing beneficiaries and fiduciaries in estate administration and trust administration, including complex estates and international planning, as well as judicial and informal accountings, and the removal, replacement, and resignation of fiduciaries. Chris also drafts corporate documents and agreements and assists with voluntary dissolutions of and name changes for corporations.
While earning his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, Chris served as the marketing director for the Dispute Resolution Society. He received his B.A. from Fordham University. Chris has been a member of the St. John’s University School of Law Alumni Association Board of Directors since 2019. Chris is an active member of the New York City Bar Association and is a member of the Trusts, Estates & Surrogate’s Court Committee.
